Emerging technologies and expertise to support a school assessed task in Media.

Students will utilise expertise and emerging technologies in the fully appointed television studio and VR lab to explore, experiment prototype, reiterate and finally produce a design solution as defined in the project brief. 

Teachers may book in for a class visit for up to a day and/or inform students of scheduled times the Casey Tech School will be available to support students individual VCE needs.

Duration: 1 day as a class or at scheduled times for individual students to attend.

Unit 3 Area study 2

  • Students investigate, research and experiment with a selected media to inform the development of their proposed production
  • Develop skills in the use of media equipment, technologies and processes
  • select and apply a range of methods, media and materials to deliver distinct design solutions.

Unit 4 Area study 1

  • Reiterate and refine production using media technologies at the Tech School with reference to feedback and personal reflection.
